Data have shown that in 2022, the total trade volume between China and the EU grew by approximately 22.8% from 2021, reaching a new high of €856.3 billion. As of November 2022, the China-Europe freight trains have 82 routes, reaching 200 cities in 24 European countries. These numbers reflect the mutually beneficial and pragmatic nature of cooperation between China and the EU.

The sound and steady development of relations between China and the EU serves the common interests of both sides and contributes to global peace and stability.
